Audi's 2017 A4 allroad is a stupendous vehicle no matter how you slice it. In a time when crossovers still reign supreme, the new Audi A4 allroad could prove to be a prime sedan-category contender. Could this wagon prove to be the chosen one that finally breaks America's crossover craze?

Coming soon to a Southern California dealership near you is Audi's all-new 2017 A4 allroad. In case you haven't heard, this season's model is a high-seated sedan built tough enough to handle a substantial spread of unpaved terrain, though still designed with core Audi luxury priorities in mind. According to Forbes' automotive contributor Jaclyn Trop, the new Audi hatchback, "wouldn't look out of place at the entrance to a Beverly Hills bistro or chic ski chalet."

The fact is, Americans still dig the rough-and-tumble-meets-luxury look of their SUV. Compact crossovers have been spearheading a trend toward downsizing vehicles and fuel consumption, but they have yet to pry many Americans from their gigantic gas-guzzlers. To help fill the fuel-efficiency need left by the classic eight-seater monstrosities and their more compact counterparts, the A4 does a stupendous job juicing a maximum 252 hp and 273 lb-ft torque from its 2-liter, 4-cylinder engine, in addition to achieving an EPA-estimated 28 mpg.

The A4 truly strives to give buyers everything they could possibly want in its all-inclusive design, featuring luxury items like keyless access, push-button start and tons of cargo space accessible via hands-free tailgate release.

Test drive the new A4 allroad models--and more--available on our lot soon at Keyes Audi Valencia, 23923 Creekside RdValenciaCA91355.
